A few months ago I had an experience with this migration lawyer Zimovcak from New Jersey, my experience and opinion is negative, she is very unprofessional and it seems to me that she is only interested in getting money from you for her amateur services, no willingness or help for her part, she is an absolute amateur in her legal field and is not willing to help a person! she is only interested in money, nothing more! I paid 300$ for the initial consultation which I had to pay in advance and her meaningless interview lasted about 30 minutes, I definitely do not recommend this to anyone, avoid this person

Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C. Introduce

For users in Japan exploring legal service options in the United States, particularly in the complex field of immigration law, this overview focuses on Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C., located at 907 US-202, Raritan, NJ 08869, USA. While NPZ Law Group is situated in New Jersey, understanding the experiences of past clients is crucial for anyone considering engaging their services from overseas. The firm's location in Raritan suggests a local practice serving the immigration law needs of clients in that region.

The online reviews for Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C., present a decidedly negative perspective based on the experiences shared by two clients. One client recounted an experience with a migration lawyer, Zimovcak, expressing strong dissatisfaction and labeling her as "very unprofessional." This client felt that the lawyer's primary interest was financial gain rather than providing helpful legal services, describing her services as "amateur." The review specifically mentioned paying $300 for an initial consultation that lasted approximately 30 minutes and was deemed "meaningless." The client explicitly stated they would "definitely not recommend this to anyone" and advised others to "avoid this person."

Another review issued a stark warning about the firm, urging others to "watch out." This client alleged that the firm charges fees for three attorneys regardless of who performs the work, leading to costs they believed were three times the actual value of the services rendered. The reviewer also claimed that the firm would "play with your application," particularly in cases involving denials or notices of intent to deny. A serious accusation was made regarding the competence of junior attorneys, stating they "don't know what they're doing and mess up in the applications all the time." This client reported that their case was denied due to an error made by Nachman's office – the submission of "wrong paperwork" – leaving them in a difficult situation. The review concluded with a strong warning to others to "BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!!!….!!!!"

Analyzing these negative reviews reveals significant concerns regarding the practices and service quality of Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C. The first review raises serious questions about professionalism, client focus, and the value of the initial consultation. The feeling that the lawyer was primarily interested in fees and provided amateur services, coupled with the short duration of the expensive consultation, suggests a potentially unsatisfactory initial client experience. The strong language used ("absolute amateur," "only interested in money") underscores the depth of this client's negative perception.

The second review paints an even more alarming picture, alleging potentially unethical billing practices (charging for three attorneys' time regardless of who works on the case) and a lack of competence leading to significant negative consequences for the client's immigration application. The accusation of "playing with your application" is particularly concerning, as is the claim that errors by junior attorneys resulted in a denial due to incorrect paperwork. This review raises serious doubts about the firm's attention to detail, quality control, and the overall competence of their legal team.

Given these strongly negative experiences shared by multiple clients online, it is difficult to identify positive features or promotional aspects of Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C., based solely on this information. The reviews serve as cautionary tales for anyone considering engaging their services. The absence of any positive reviews in this context further amplifies the concerns raised.

For users in Japan seeking immigration law services in the United States, these reviews should be taken very seriously. Immigration law is a complex and critical field where errors can have severe and long-lasting consequences. The allegations of unprofessionalism, overcharging, and, most importantly, mistakes leading to application denial are significant red flags. Engaging a law firm from overseas requires a high degree of trust and confidence, and the feedback presented here does not inspire such confidence.

In light of the severely negative feedback, there is no objective promotional information to extract from these reviews. Instead, the consistent themes of unprofessionalism, financial focus over client service, and errors in handling applications serve as strong deterrents. Prospective clients, especially those based internationally who may have limited recourse in case of unsatisfactory service, should exercise extreme caution.

If a user in Japan is considering NPZ Law Group, P.C., despite these reviews, it would be absolutely essential to conduct thorough due diligence. This would involve seeking additional information from other sources, if available, and potentially attempting to contact the firm directly with very specific and pointed questions based on the issues raised in the reviews. Understanding their response and the steps they have taken to address these concerns would be crucial. However, based on the current information, proceeding with this firm would carry a significant risk.

In conclusion, the online reviews for Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C., in Raritan, NJ, are overwhelmingly negative, citing unprofessionalism, concerns about billing practices, and serious errors in handling immigration applications that led to a denial. For users in Japan seeking immigration law services in the US, these reviews serve as a strong warning. It would be advisable to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly research alternative legal representation with more positive and reliable feedback before considering engaging this firm.

Guys, watch out from this firm!!! You’re not just paying for one attorney but three regardless of who’s doing the work. They charge three times of what the works worth and will play with your application specially if you’re stuck with a denial or intent to deny! Their junior attorneys don’t know what they’re doing and mess up in the applications all the time. My case was denied because of Nachman’s office and now I’m stuck because they sent in the wrong paperwork BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!!!….!!!!
