I was very disappointed with the lack of timely responses on an urgent matter by Attorney Neil Lewis. I hired him to represent me in an appeal of a K1 Visa denial. After initially being responsive during consultation, once I sent $2,500 via Zelle for his "flat fee" representation, he took between two and three weeks to respond to.my numerous emails or phone calls requesting an explanation of the appeal denial. He could have taken 10 minutes by phone to explain, but whenever I called his office, I was told by his assistant he was in a consultation with a prospective client. He slapped a one-page generic cover letter to all the documents I had provided and sent this to USCIS on my behalf. It was rejected and he offered a poor explanation by email, three weeks after the fact, of the reason. If he and his team spent an hour on my case, I would be shocked. I read many of the other reviews before I hired him and was impressed with what others said was his knowledge and experience, but what good is this if you don't respond to your client and explain the outcome and next steps. Based on my experience, I would not retain Mr. Lewis.

Better late then never. Neil Lewis might be one of the most helpful, and honestly funniest lawyers I have ever come across. His personality shines, you notice it instantly when he walks into the USCIS building. As a former Daca recipient that changed my life, to Mr Neil helping me with permanent residency through marriage, I am forever grateful

I am a little late in sending in my review for Mr Neil Lewis and his staff... Immigration is an anxious period of one's life, but you cannot go wrong in trusting Neil throughout the process. He is professional at all times; keeps his company updated on the forever changing immigration laws, takes the time to make sure you understand fully exactly what is happening and what to expect. Very affordable. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner, usually within a couple of hours or sooner. Pretty impressive for such a busy office. I look forward to making my appointment with this company as soon as I can apply for my citizenship.....thank you Neil and staff ...... continue the great work.

When my spouse and I sought info on reputable immigration attorneys in the Tampa Bay area to assist with an application for permanent residency due to marriage, two separate friends who I trust (one is a sister of a good friend who is an attorney in Tampa and another is a friend who has his own family practice in Tampa) pointed us to Mr. Lewis. Both, independently recommended Mr. Lewis as the best for immigration in the area. We were not disappointed. We found Mr. Lewis and his team to be incredibly knowledgable, experienced, friendly and transparent regarding the process and his fees. His staff was also helpful. They were helpful in making certain that we completed our application forms accurately and gave best practice recommendations that proved useful throughout the process. We also were able to follow up with calls to his office when we had additional questions. Another couple who we are friends with used his services based upon our recommendation and were also satisfied with the results. We used his firm to help us prep for the actual immigration interview when that became scheduled. They spent more time with us on this then I had expected, and it was very helpful in us preparing to get through some intimidating moments in our interview. In the end, it's been smooth sailing for us so far. Our case was fairly basic compared to the many tough cases I understand he works on, but Mr. Lewis and his office always treated us as though we were the most important people in the room.
