It is important to note the conflicting information regarding "Lemon Law" cases. One review criticizes Robert A. Nersesian for losing a Lemon Law case against a car manufacturer and then allegedly pulling the reviewer's name into an unrelated Lemon Law case on behalf of the manufacturer, accusing them of fraud. This particular review raises concerns about potential conflicts of interest or a shift in the firm's representation. However, the first review strongly emphasizes the firm's integrity and honesty in providing legal advice and representation. It is crucial for prospective clients to conduct their own due diligence and inquire directly about the firm's current areas of practice and any potential conflicts before engaging their services. However, it is important to acknowledge a contrasting review which accuses Attorney Robert A. Nersesian of having represented a car manufacturer against a client in a Lemon Law case, and further alleges that the attorney subsequently involved the reviewer's name in an unrelated Lemon Law case, making accusations of fraud and conspiracy. This review suggests a perception of a conflict of interest or a change in client representation that negatively impacted the reviewer's view of the firm. Prospective clients should consider both positive and negative feedback and may wish to inquire about the firm's specific practice areas and client representation policies to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.

Dec 14, 2019 · John TubaThis Attorney Robert A. Nersesian Lost a Lemon Law Case when I brought Action against against his employer FCA "Fiat Chrysler Automotive" due to a Defective 2017 Dodge Hellcat. Most recently this same attorney on 02/21 drafted and signed a letter pulling my name into an unrelated Lemon Law case on another Dodge Challenger defect issue against his employer FCA. This letter accuses myself of working in cooperation with this lemon Law case not related to myself and suggests that I am involved with Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Fraud among with other terminology that is negative to my Good Name. Interesting how this Attorney who "Specializes" in representing alleged Card Counters against Casino's who throw them out - then turns around and represents a Car Manufacture who does not take care of their buyers with legitimate complaints who are forced to bring Legal action for relief. I would tread with Caution when considering the usage of this Attorney Firm.
Mar 18, 2019 · Paul KleinI've known both Bob and Thea since they practiced in Michigan twenty years ago. I've referred a number of cases to them over the year and have always been pleased. They are aggressive litigators without being complete jerks about it, (e.g. they don't waive the "red cape in front of a bull" until they are sure they have a sharpened sword). They appropriately value their cases, think out of the box, and have no problem going up against established Las Vegas institutions when their clients have been wronged.
