Priebe made a lease for my partner because he had to evict a tenant and Priebe could not stand behind his lease. I saw him call to follow up multiple times and the receptionist kept telling him that he will get back to him. After a week of following up daily and no response he decided to go with a different attorney just to find out his lease was outdated, which he had made 4 months before the eviction. It’s been 2 months since the eviction was successfully done and 5 months since he reached out to him. Until this day he has not reached out.

Overall it was a very smooth experience, and we were able to come to an agreement with the potential buyer, and I was given all of the earnest money, per the contract. After a week of following up daily and no response I went with a different attorney just to find out his lease was outdated, which he had made 4 months before the eviction. There are professional services in Colorado Springs, this is not one. We have purchased a new lease and created a new relationship with the RE attorney that represented us and the lease this office created.
