Was not going to review but I’m done with how bias she is, lies and then threatens you. She took 30 days to mail a retainer and then when I messaged my concerns to her she wanted to charge me 10 dollars for a 20 min response even though the case she was on was dismissed not making her the guardian anymore which entitles me to my full retainer. She didn’t have to respond she is just money hungry. She also lied about what our pediatrician said (we have witnesses to vouch her lying) then she proceeded to threaten me and tell me otherwise… she is not a good guardian. I just got my full retainer back 9 weeks after case was closed. 12/9/24 She only cares about who is paying her more. Previous reviews on her also say this same thing. We had people trying to vouch for how unsafe my mother is and she refused to take that into consideration and would not contact them. She also told us she believes all grandparents have the right to see their grandchildren regardless. I also recorded this in a phone call with her as I’m in a one party state and record everything for this very reason. She is very rude and she barley does any type of investigation. She also sent me the release to talk to the pediatrician 3 days before court. I have several people who think my mother is an unsafe person but my mother paid 75% of the retainer, is manipulating her and I guess all she cares about is money. My daughter is autistic (diagnosed) and should not be alone with a person who is inappropriate, toxic and who tells her she needs to learn how to be normal. Who is okay with a grandparent behaving this way? I will adjust review as needed. If my professional experience has told me anything, guardians are suppose to remain unbiased, ethical and take ALL evidence into the matter regardless of their opinion. She said that she didn’t feel the need to talk to any of our witnesses for her investigation. I was told by her secretary that she has a lot of cases to give her time to investigate. Pryia told me in an email she didn’t feel the need to talk to anyone but the pediatrician… anyways that case has since been dismissed and she won’t give me my whole retainer back because she wants to continue to charge even after a case is closed… (because I sent emails) I’m over the drama and petty behavior. I have evidence and witnesses to her lying and court documents. Again, I tried to hold back, be kind but I am tired of the lying and unethical behaviors. She doesn’t like me because I stuck up for myself and won’t be bullied. I will advocate for my child. I don’t care if it makes you not like me my child is the only one I care about. I should not have to fight a guardian to do her job and actually investigate. My mother is a liar and the guardian is thinking her toxic behaviors are okay and safe to be around a child based on opinions instead of facts. After speaking with the pediatrician she is NOT okay with my mother being alone with Izzy and is willing thankfully to testify this if this next case goes to trial. All of my daughter’s medical team is willing to fight to protect my daughter who was diagnosed with trauma from her short stay with my mother while I was in ICU. (Another thing the guardian defended my mother with as she says they can’t diagnose my child with trauma from her stay at my moms because they never spoke to my mother) When a child goes and stays with someone and comes back displaying trauma response behaviors it’s 9/10 the person who they stayed with that caused it. I had high hopes for this guardian but she lets her opinions get in the way from doing what’s in the best interest of the child. Very bias. Sorry for the long review I’m just so angry with how I’m fighting harder for my baby than Pyria did. She can lie and twist words but thankfully I have all the evidence to report her. I document everything. Edit: You are right, you didn’t represent me you were suppose to represent my child and protect her which you failed to do. Please do better. I also have documented proof of all of this.

Her respectful demeanor and willingness to understand the context surrounding my traffic citation stood out. Prior to offering a plea deal, she took the time to thoroughly review my driving record, insurance status at the time, and the officer's notes from the stop. This attention to detail reassured me that she was making informed decisions. I am grateful for her efforts to ensure fairness and her commitment to upholding the law.
