It’s awful that I have to give a star at all. Unfortunately, I would not recommend these Lawyers to represent my animals . I was treated with the ultimate disrespect by the lawyers in the Cleveland office Including KMinkin and his secretary. I was ill advised by them when I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. My car was repossessed and house almost in foreclosure. The two of them from the Cleveland office , yelled at me that it was my fault. I should have known all of this before filing among a few other choice words. How in the world would a person who has no background in law know anything unless you educate them. That’s why I hired you to represent me. The last thing I wanted to do was file bankruptcy. It’s embarrassing, my credit score took a major it and for 10 years. This was not a fresh start it was a nightmare. I thought it couldn’t get any worse,Then to top it off , this trustee WLogan whom was not my representative comes in and appeals to a Judge to garnish my tax returns, along with my bank statements and such. when I started my case it was in the Columbus office with Lori H. She had good intentions but I believe that her position was to overwhelming and limited. There was another female who worked along side her, she messed up my paperwork and scheduled me on the wrong days to come in the office to submit paperwork then had to back track and cancel appointment. I sincerely hope that this company rethinks how you treat your black, female clients. That’s all I have to say right now.

Apr 09, 2025 · Tk WalFirst let me say Ryan was amazing & the guy who worked with him… He’s no longer representing me and a new attorney has taken over my case… Not sure what to say I’m in total disbelief as to what just recently happened. When I first filed I was told I don’t know how you are going to survive after you start making these payments with your income said the trustee. Now my plan is almost over and at the end of my plan this same trustee has added in 2 more unsecured accounts because he decided I can pay them now… right at the end I literally would have been done maybe July Aug of this year 2025. I called my attorney a new one now, was never told I have an new attorney nothing… I lost my job and my last day was in March… it’s like no one cares… I have another surgery coming up in June and I would love to be out of this BK BY THen… it’s sad the way the hearts of some people in America are now.. it’s like a evil spirit has taken control of people and they are heartless and have no compassion for others. Just greed, corruption, savages..who Rob the poor to give to the rich…. Definitely end times
Apr 12, 2025 · Lynn MitchellPaid my attorney fees and submitted my paperwork on Feb 20. It is now April 9 and I’ve never heard from them again, I’ve called multiple times and I’m getting nowhere. I want my money back.
Apr 09, 2025 · Lexis ScottHaving the worst experience. I’ve been attempting to file since July. Fees are paid. Paperwork is submitted. Paralegals/ attorneys have no sense of urgency. No one answers the phone in the Columbus branch. Please consider going anywhere else.
Oct 29, 2024 · Terrence WallaceEverything started out fine sent in 100$ retainers fee that Friday. However by Monday, I decided that I would just pay off my debt and not do bankruptcy texted same guy who always (Ryan) responded promptly and got no response for two days (weird) so I decided to call office spoke with a receptionist she said I had to call this number. So I call the number the guy says why did u change your mind talk and blah blah he said ok l put the request in which I have an email stating so that was 6/25/24. Today is 7/6/24 still haven’t received my money. I emailed same guy I spoke to that said it would be processed on. 7/3/24 no response. So I am going to my bank Monday to have the charges reversed if I don’t get my money back by Monday ..
