Didn’t show up to court ontime. Had no idea what was going on and didn’t bring the paperwork supporting my probation revocation, got me 6 months, all having to hire another lawyer that brought the paperwork and got me another date and got me out in a month. If your case isn’t serious and about the money. This isn’t your guy, he’s too busy, as he should be, but taking on more than he can handle. Lost my money and had to pay another lawyer to handle what he could’ve done had he just been prepared

Have always heard the best things about Sam!!! All the post saying they wasted 50k, I take it things did not turn out the way they wanted, or they decided to take it to trial and lost. Fact is most attorneys, especially and most certainly Sam of all people will tell you when you are headed for trial how it looks and what the likelihood of the outcome may be based off of the evidence. Even then there is always a chance a jury may be swayed against you in their decision. That is the risk you take when going to trial. You really could not do what you have been accused of, but because you where around, had been somewhere where a crime took place before or after, wrong place wrong time ECT ECT, you can be charged, and even though 99% of people would say you did not do what you are accused of, you are still taking a chance taking a case to trial, that is why most cases end with a plead deal, because depending on the charge, if you did it or not, if you make the decisions to take it to trial and lose, you absolutely have to be sentenced to at very least the minimum penalty for the crime you have now been convicted for, and the judge has the discretion to sentence you between the minimum and the maximum penalty that the charge carries. I have also had public defenders in the past when I could not afford an attorney, who were really good and put forth the maximum effort. Even most of them can do what any other attorney can do, it all comes down to what evidence they have on you and how strong that evidence is, what makes the money worth it, is having someone like Sam, who has experience in trial, uses that experience and comes up with a strategy and is going to make sure any and everything that can be done, should be done, gets done correctly. Also, anything that, should not be done, violates ur rights, things the prosecution can say, show or do in trial to help persuaded the jury that is not allowed does not happen, and things of that nature, he will make sure none of those things happen. He will let you know based off of the evidence how it looks, and if it is a good idea to proceed with trial or not. They can only do so much. This guy personally is very professional, and he will do any and everything he can to make sure you get the best outcome possible. If you decide to proceed with trial and lose, you can't blame him for the punishment the judge is obligated to hand down to you afterwards.

First, I want to give a big thank you to Sam for always being there and being straight with me. He’s a pro’s pro. I know he has a lot of other ways could spend his time but the man’s ALWAYS working! When you need him he’s there! It’s awesome and more so comforting! Coming from a small business owner I truly respect and appreciate his dedication. He’s a super star in this world but he treats and makes you feel like you’re his only client. He doesn’t need these reviews but I’ll leave one anyway. I’m naturally a worrisome personality type so I know I can be a pain in the arse. If you’re looking for the best attorney around who doesn’t have to pay for fake google ads or 500 5 star reviews it’s Sam!!. Sam is Sam even if you don’t always wanna hear it he speaks in reality not fantasy. Thanks for putting up with me!!

I only have a very small group of people that I would trust my life and the lives of my loved ones with… And Sam Shamansky is in that group! From the very beginning there was no doubt in our minds that Sam had our loved ones best interests in mind. He did not “sugar coat” anything to us from the very start he made us very aware that we would be in for the fight of our lives but he would defend him with everything in his power. And he was true to form. I can unequivocally say that if you are heading into a battle for your life, you want a warrior for the truth leading you all the way. HUGH Thanks to you, Lucas and your entire team for protecting our loved one from being wrongfully sentenced for something they did not do!
