My personal injury lawyer is Steven Benvenisti, I have a problem with a neighbor with my own tree issues. So I spoke to Benvenisti about it and he refers me a call to his personal lawyer, which is Schechter. I called him 5 minutes, he gave me a fine answer without any service fees or any strings attached. I asked him to write me a letter only because I felt I needed to shut my neighbor issues away, but he said, why to waste my own time and money where it is not needed. I felt like most of the lawyers will ask to have consultation and fee associated with but NOT Schechter!!! He was right on point with quick answers. He also told me to give him a call if further issues with my TREE situation on my property. Please talk to him if you need his professional and responsive services!!!

just a really nasty person, I have never met someone who treated people with no respect often yelling at them, thinking he is better because he is a judge. I witnessed him even yell and putdown elders just because he is a person in power. It makes me sick and I even saw him make a grandma cry because he was so disrespectful . PLEASE DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES AS HE DOES NOT HAVE THE BEST INTEREST IN HIS CLIENTS IN THE COURT OF LAW, where he is supposed to be a role model and a person who obeys the law, not push around people because he was given power over people not for the people.

I do not recommend him his services at all, plus I have seen him treat people as a Judge in Court who is supposed to be a fair upstanding citizen that people look up just treat like garbage. Always angry and hot tempered never heard out a case, just yelled and yelled to the point where I felt embarrassed to even be in his presence.
