However, it is important for prospective clients to be aware of publicly available customer feedback, which suggests challenges in communication and client contact. Recent reviews from individuals indicate difficulties in reaching Mr. Schultz by phone and concerns regarding client visits, particularly for those who are incarcerated. These comments suggest potential issues with responsiveness and consistent client communication, which are critical aspects of legal representation. It is always advisable for potential clients to consider such feedback and to clearly establish communication expectations when engaging legal services.

In the legal profession, particularly for individual practitioners, traditional "promotions or special offers" are not common or ethically standard. Instead, the value provided by a lawyer like Richard B. Schultz comes from his experience, expertise in specific legal areas, and the direct legal services he renders.

Prospective clients are typically encouraged to contact the office for an initial consultation. During this consultation, you would have the opportunity to discuss your specific legal situation, understand the potential legal pathways, and inquire about the fee structure. Legal fees can vary based on the complexity of the case, the time involved, and the specific services required. Transparency regarding fees and expectations for communication should be a key part of this initial discussion. While there might not be advertised discounts, the true benefit lies in obtaining experienced legal counsel that aims to achieve the best possible outcome for your case, potentially saving clients significant financial or personal burdens in the long run.
