This is the worst attorney I have ever encountered, she took advantage of my mother being inexperienced and trusting with real estate. I had the hire a second attorney to accomplish something that takes 30-60 days max regarding a foreclosed property, Ms. Trott astonishingly managed to dragged this out for two years and did absolutely nothing but take my mother’s money. I would sue her but I don’t even want to waste my time and energy with her incompetence and lackadaisical attitude another second. I have resolved things for my elderly mother with a new attorney and will let bygones be bygones. I am only taking the time to write this review to spare and warn anyone else even considering her for counsel for the simplest situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND STRESS.
