Attorney Sullivan promptly took care of an old matter that was due to zero fault of his own, but did so with no charge to his prior client nor any fee to my client and was professional, accurate and a great person to get to know.
For individuals and businesses in Bedford, New Hampshire, and the surrounding areas seeking legal representation, the "Lawyers Near Me" platform serves as a resource to connect with local legal professionals. Among these is Attorney Andrew H Sullivan, operating from the address 24 Eastman Ave, Bedford, NH 03110, USA. This introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview of Attorney Sullivan, integrating the provided contact information with insights from available client reviews to offer a balanced perspective on his environment, potential services, features, and any discernible promotional or cautionary aspects.
The physical environment of Attorney Andrew H Sullivan's office, situated on Eastman Avenue in Bedford, is likely a professional setting designed to facilitate client consultations and legal work. While specific details about the office's ambiance or facilities are not mentioned in the provided information, it is typical for legal practices to maintain an environment that conveys professionalism and trust. The location within Bedford suggests accessibility for local residents and businesses seeking legal counsel in the area.
Based on the available client reviews, it appears that Attorney Andrew H Sullivan handles real estate matters, specifically closings. One negative review details experiences related to a real estate closing, mentioning delays due to forgotten title orders and issues with closing coordination. This suggests that real estate law, particularly the transactional aspect of property sales, is within the scope of Attorney Sullivan's practice. However, the positive review indicates a willingness to resolve past matters professionally and without additional charges, suggesting a commitment to client satisfaction in certain circumstances. Without further information, the full spectrum of Attorney Sullivan's legal services remains unclear, but real estate transactions appear to be a significant part of his practice.
Several features of Attorney Andrew H Sullivan's practice emerge from the client reviews, both positive and negative. One notable positive feature is his willingness to rectify past issues without charging former or new clients, as highlighted in the first review. This suggests a potential commitment to resolving problems and maintaining professional relationships, even when the issue is not directly attributable to his error. This could be seen as a positive attribute for clients seeking an attorney who is willing to take responsibility and act fairly.
However, the second, more detailed review raises significant concerns about communication, client care, coordination, and potential additional fees. The reviewer describes "very little communication" with clients, a lack of care for new referrals, and an overall "careless" approach. The specific instance of delaying a closing due to a forgotten title order and then misinforming the realtor about needed documents points to potential organizational issues and a lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, the desire to charge an additional $300 for a closing at a location more convenient for the clients, coupled with a prolonged closing time, suggests potential inflexibility and poor coordination in the closing process. The positive mention of a "kind" and "responsive" staff contrasts sharply with the negative portrayal of Attorney Sullivan's direct client interactions.
The first review, highlighting the no-charge resolution of an old matter, can be seen as a promotional aspect, suggesting a willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy clients in certain situations. However, the detailed negative review serves as a significant cautionary note, potentially outweighing the positive feedback. The concerns raised about communication, coordination, and client care could deter potential clients, especially those involved in time-sensitive real estate transactions.
For local users in Bedford seeking legal representation through the "Lawyers Near Me" platform, the information available for Attorney Andrew H Sullivan presents a mixed picture. While there is a positive account of his willingness to resolve past issues without charge, a more detailed review raises serious concerns about his communication, client care, and handling of real estate closings. Potential clients, particularly those involved in real estate transactions, should carefully consider the issues raised in the negative review regarding delays, coordination, and additional fees. The positive feedback about the staff's responsiveness and respectfulness is a noteworthy point but may not fully mitigate concerns about the attorney's direct client interactions and case management.
Given the conflicting feedback, it is crucial for local users to conduct thorough due diligence if considering Attorney Andrew H Sullivan's services. Contacting the office directly using the provided phone numbers, (603) 644-5291 and +1 603-644-5291, would be a necessary step to discuss their specific legal needs and to gauge the attorney's communication style and approach firsthand. Asking detailed questions about his processes for real estate closings, including title order procedures and closing logistics, would be particularly prudent for those involved in property transactions. Potential clients may also wish to inquire about fees for services such as remote closings to avoid unexpected costs.
In conclusion, Attorney Andrew H Sullivan in Bedford, NH, appears to handle real estate law, with at least one instance of resolving a past issue without charge. However, a more detailed client review raises significant concerns about communication, client care, and the handling of real estate closings, citing delays, coordination problems, and potential additional fees. Local users considering Attorney Sullivan through the "Lawyers Near Me" platform should carefully weigh the positive and negative feedback and are strongly advised to contact the office directly to discuss their specific needs and to assess whether his services and approach align with their expectations and requirements. The contrasting reviews highlight the importance of thorough investigation before engaging legal counsel.

Jun 25, 2024 · Courtney Ball(FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW IVE EVER WRITTEN TO A BUSINESS) He may be a highly educated attorney, however a very poor people person.... Andrew gives very little communication to his clients, no care for new referrals, and overall careless throughout whole process. After delaying my clients closing for over a week because he “forgot to order title” he told my seller that documents where needed on my behalf (the realtor) which they were not - I drove 40 mins to give to him those documents “he needed for title” and found out they were not needed. He also wanted to charge my clients over $300 to hold closing in a different location besides his office which is over 20 miles away from my clients — extremely poor coordination in closing. ALSO CLOSING TOOK OVER AN HOUR??? Come on. I only gave him 2 starts because he has a kind staff, who are very responsive and respectful. Besides that I would have given him 1 star..... he acts like he couldn’t careless about any client and does business for his own good. He will never ever receive a referral for me.
