I would NOT recommend Attorney Sandra Cummings! She has lost the caring, communicative edge!! It’s time to retire! The office staff is customer friendly, and polite, however; She is rude, unprofessional, doesn't care, and has an appearance upon greeting, or speaking to you like "whatever!" Cummings feels she can talk to you any type of way with no respect given the situation the individual is facing. When brought to her attention, her attitude is very nonchalant. She will mess your case up!! PLEASE BE AWARE..... Her Office is in disarray, and her staff just has to endure the rude customer service she provides to save face and a job. She will arrive 10-25 minutes late for an appointment you’ve scheduled with her. She will be pulling a brief/computer type bag as she enters the office, the staff will let her know who’s present. She will grab the individual(s) file, call you in and hasn’t taken the time to review notes on the file. She will ask questions to which she should already know the answers too. She doesn't stay abreast of your case, and when conversing with her has no real clue of your cases current status, and is not able to provide any helpful insight. Hurtful right?!!...especially when you look for your attorney to be able to discuss with you positive insight to your case. Don't be one with some education, and computer savvy to follow up on your case!! She doesn't like that!!! She takes advantage of individuals if she sees a way she will benefit, and doesn't seem to care how an individual "really" feels about their cases status. She will lead you down a road of uncertainty, and then ditch you when she's gotten all her money out of you!!...BE AWARE, and SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! It seems she really doesn't want to see you end your Chapter 7 or 13 successfully if you decide to choose one of those options. She has LOST the attorney's touch of quality, treating clients with dignity, and overall solid customer service. AGAIN, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY unless you have it just to give away.....She doesn't seem to care about her clients, only those she feels she can get over on, and charge high legal fees too. Additionally; you know she has lost her touch if a judge says "I shouldn’t have to tell you what you should be doing for, or telling your client, notes lack clarity, and are hard to follow!!” PLEASE BE AWARE!!

Sep 16, 2017 · Myrone TruesdaleI have had to utilize the services of this law firm on two separate occasions. I sought assistance obtaining some financial freedom. Attorney Cummings took the time to explain the process with me in laymen terms as she is very knowledgeable and experienced. She ensured me that although this was a difficult period in my life; that the process would allow me the financial independence that I was seeking. The staff at the office were always professional, pleasant, patient and courteous. I would highly recommend Sandra Cummings to represent me again in the event the need was to arise.

Apr 24, 2019 · Wanda L GrayUnfortunately I have had to file a Chapter 7 due to a divorce and a Chapter 13 due to financial problems (with the illness of my father and grandmother). She was very supportive and professional during my process. I have since completed my bankruptcy and purchased a house. I am really grateful for all of your professional help. I would highly recommend her. she's very good and professional.
Nov 17, 2017 · Gina BennettUse caution with this lady. If you want a Lawyer that will fight for you, shes not it. She wants the easy cases in my opinion. If you have a complicated BK case dont waste your time. She took my money and then said she cant take my case. Even had the nerve to ask for it in cash. I do not recommend. Hand law gave me some really sound advise. Dont be fooled with her low fees because you get what you pay for.
