I am a business owner and was referred to this lawyer by my regular business lawyer. My business was being threatened by a frivolous suite regarding work we did 17 years ago. I sought legal counsel simply as a means to professionally deal with it in the event it got out of control. I explained the situation directly to Mr. Foreman whom had trouble initially getting emails as he was not aware of his own email address that was posted on his site and insinuated that I did something wrong emailing him to the wrong address when all I did was use his email that was on his site. He asked for a payment to be made as a retainer I suppose which i did without question or delay other then he had trouble processing payments. The appalling part of the experience and why i would suggest to stay away form this lawyer is for the simple fact that because i didn't stop everything i was doing (running a business with employees and customer) he got upset and decided to stop representing me. He had the nerve to charge me for items of which i am still not clear on but that is not even the problem. The fact is that he wanted to try push the matter beyond what was actually needed only to get more billable hours is concerning to myself and should be for anyone looking to hire him. . He decided apparently that if he could not make a small matter into a large costly matter for myself that he would then stop representing me as he initally promised. I can only assume that he thought from the beginning he could exploit the system and force money his way unnecessarily.
