A few years back went to Jonathan Frank for a Living Trust. Thousands later we had a Trust Document but no idea how to do the asset transfers - it never did get funded. He even charged separate notary fee. Nickel & dime. Sheesh. We were disappointed and confused. We very recently went to another attorney (not Jonathan Frank) to update the old documents & all went smoothly and the new attorney even handled transfer of house into trust assets. Mr Frank is a nice enough man but not recommended.

I hired Mr. Frank’s firm to assist me with a parent’s estate. Firm claimed I had no authorization to become POA, and that I’d need to find a Gurdian for the estate. Firm went on to tell me the court would not deem me an appropriate fit to be the Guardian of the estate for my own parent, and claimed we would have to have Mr. Frank become Guardian of the estate for a yearly fee.
