They collect highly personal information. They take a week to call you. Just for a phone consultation. The attorney Steve is very rude.You can have a valid case. But he is busy asking you personal questions. That have nothing to do with your case. Instead of talking about facts of the case. He hangs up and hides behind the phone. This is how he does business. Because he could care less about you.

I wanted to share my experience with the Law Offices Steven Gaetcher. First I didn’t know anything about applying for disability and I made a mistake of not seeking a lawyer. However, once I planned to appeal I was lucky to happened upon Mr. Gaetcher’s practice. The consultation was free and I felt at ease with the manner in which the appeal process was explained to me. Mr. Gaetcher and his team are very respectful and professional you can always count on them if you call and ask with any questions. Caroline is very sweet as well and one gets the feeling they have your best interest. I’m thankful I made the right choice.

Mr. Gaechter is not just a good lawyer but a great person as well. We had a very good experience dealing with him and his staff. He is very professional attentive and very knowledgeable. He explained the process and walked us through it and the outcome was exactly as he explained. His staff is also great and caring. I really highly recommend Mr. Gaechter, and in my opinion he is the best social security attorney around.
