So it was my first time being in trouble by the law, we paid roughly $16,000 pretty much for them to review my case and take the first plea.. I mean I'm not saying having a good reputable law firm doesn't help in court but for what we paid And what was done was ridiculous they didn't want to do any extra work I asked them to email me the discovery and videos and never heard back from them. Would never recommend.. a public defender could have done the same thing for free... My personal opinion is somewhere along the line these lawyers stopped being hungry for actually fighting for there clients.. they push for the easiest paycheck for them disregarding any pain or turmoil that may come to the client.. this law firm is just in it for the money...SKIP ON TO ANOTHER ONE!

The Weingart Firm Introduce

Welcome to the local introduction of The Weingart Firm, a legal practice located at 4500 S Lakeshore Dr, Tempe, AZ 85282, USA. As a listing within the "Lawyers Near Me" category, The Weingart Firm aims to provide legal services to individuals in Tempe and the surrounding Arizona communities. You can reach their office at (480) 897-8737 or their mobile line at +1 480-897-8737.

Choosing the right legal representation is a critical decision that can significantly impact the outcome of your case. It's essential to consider various factors, including the firm's expertise, client service, and overall reputation. The Weingart Firm, based on the available customer reviews, presents a mixed picture of client experiences, which potential users should carefully consider when making their selection.

One customer recounts a significantly negative experience, expressing disappointment with the value received for the substantial fee paid (approximately $16,000). This reviewer felt that the firm primarily reviewed their case and advised them to take the initial plea offer, without engaging in what they perceived as necessary additional work. The client specifically mentions requesting the discovery and videos related to their case via email but reported never receiving a response. This lack of follow-through and perceived inaction led the reviewer to conclude that the cost was "ridiculous" for the services rendered and that a public defender might have provided a similar outcome at no cost. This feedback raises concerns about the firm's level of dedication to exploring all possible avenues for their clients and their communication practices.

Another critical review expresses a broader concern about the firm's motivations, suggesting that "somewhere along the line these lawyers stopped being hungry for actually fighting for there clients." This reviewer opines that the firm prioritizes the "easiest paycheck" over the client's best interests and potential turmoil. The strong recommendation to "SKIP ON TO ANOTHER ONE!" underscores a deeply negative perception of the firm's commitment to their clients and their overall approach to legal representation. This feedback raises serious questions about the firm's advocacy and client-centeredness.

In contrast to these negative experiences, another client offers a positive review, specifically mentioning their attorney as "very respectful and helpful through the whole process" of their DUI case. This reviewer highlights clear communication, stating they were "given all the information and instructions kindly and in a professional manner." Based on this positive experience, the reviewer would "highly recommend Weingart to anyone in need of an attorney for a DUI." This suggests that the firm may have specific expertise or a more effective approach in certain types of cases, such as DUI defense, or that individual attorneys within the firm may provide varying levels of service.

Based on these contrasting customer reviews, the services offered by The Weingart Firm appear to include:

  • Criminal Defense: The negative review suggests experience in handling criminal cases, although the client was dissatisfied with the level of service provided.
  • DUI Defense: The positive review specifically recommends the firm for individuals needing an attorney for a DUI, indicating potential expertise in this area.
  • Case Review and Plea Negotiation: One client's experience involved case review and taking the initial plea offer.

The features of The Weingart Firm, as perceived through the lens of these reviews, present a mixed bag:

  • Potential for Respectful and Helpful Attorneys: One reviewer found their attorney to be respectful and helpful, providing clear information.
  • Concerns about Proactive Advocacy: Some clients felt the firm was not proactive in fighting for their interests and prioritized easier outcomes.
  • Questions Regarding Communication: One client reported a lack of follow-up on a request for case-related materials.
  • Varying Levels of Client Satisfaction: The stark contrast between the positive and negative reviews indicates inconsistent client experiences.
  • Reputable Law Firm (Perception): One negative reviewer acknowledged the firm's "good reputable" status, although their personal experience did not align with this perception.

In terms of promotional information, the positive review recommending the firm for DUI cases serves as a specific endorsement for this area of their practice. The mention of a "reputable law firm" in one of the negative reviews, despite the reviewer's dissatisfaction, could also be seen as a past or general perception of the firm. However, the strong negative feedback regarding perceived lack of effort and prioritization of easy paychecks significantly tempers any positive promotional implications.

The provided information does not offer details about the physical environment of The Weingart Firm's office. However, located in a building on South Lakeshore Drive in Tempe suggests a professional office setting suitable for legal consultations and casework. Without further information, details about the firm's size, specific amenities, or client interaction spaces are not available.

To gain a more comprehensive understanding of The Weingart Firm, it would be beneficial to have a larger and more diverse set of client reviews to identify patterns in their service delivery and client satisfaction across different types of cases. Information about the firm's history, the attorneys who work there and their specific expertise, and the firm's overall philosophy on client advocacy would also provide valuable context for potential clients.

Given the significant discrepancies in the available client feedback, local users searching for "Lawyers Near Me" in Tempe should approach The Weingart Firm with caution and consider these varying experiences. Individuals seeking legal representation, particularly in areas beyond DUI defense, may want to inquire specifically about the firm's approach to case management, communication practices, and commitment to proactive advocacy. It would be prudent to seek additional reviews or consider consultations with multiple firms to ensure a well-informed decision.

In conclusion, The Weingart Firm in Tempe, Arizona, offers legal services, with one positive review specifically recommending them for DUI cases. However, other client feedback raises serious concerns about the firm's level of dedication, communication, and value for the fees charged. Potential clients should carefully weigh these contrasting experiences and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging The Weingart Firm for their legal needs.

My attorney was very respectful and helpful through the whole process of my case. I was given all the information and instructions kindly and in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Weingart to anyone in need of an attorney for a DUI.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM....they do not care about you or feelings. They only care about how much money they can get from you. My family member had attorney Haley Terrell for almost 2 years and then she dropped the case 1 month before trial giving us only a few weeks to find another attorney. Seriously who does that? I know, someone without a heart. And the office manager is so mean and degrades you like you are nothing. So please do your research before hiring this firm.

Was a long process (naturally) but so thankful to this firm. Was initially arrested on Extreme DUI, had it dropped down to Reckless Driving. Great communication throughout the months. Hands down would recommend if one falls into a bind and needs help.

No good. Never missed a payment for these guys, they didn’t go above and beyond for me. Have no idea why, got into a very bad car accident, they demanded hospital records for no reason at all. The accident wasn’t prompting me to miss court, so no idea why they wanted personal information from me. Kellie, talked to me like she was my boss, and like she was my mother. Fired them immediately for asking for personal information. Maybe have talked to a lawyer 4-5 times in the past 8 months. They never helped or relayed any info to me.
