You reading this do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, spend the extra money on someone that will actually complete the work for you and not just talk to you because he needs to collect money and then ghost you. This SO CALLED lawyer is a thief!!! After I paid in full, he didn't initiate the case at all!! Been trying to get in touch with him for years now, to get my money back as he did absolutely NOTHING for me, except waste my time. When I had contact with him over the phone he says "call me back Monday" which I then do then he doesn't answer my calls. I call him sporadically during the week and he always has excuses to not take my call even though I'm speaking to him right there and then, with no answer to my inquiries....even has mentioned to call him back because he's on holiday ( yeah sure you are, with all the money you've been stealing from hard working people, yet you get paid to not get your legal cases in order) When I have time and go to the office, even during business hours the doors are locked and no one is EVER there. I hope someday all of us (your victims) see you in court for you to repay every single one of us.

While the provided information does not explicitly detail the full range of specific legal services offered by Thomas "Randy" Rey Law Office, one of the client reviews clearly indicates a specialization in a critical area. Based on this direct feedback, the firm appears to handle:
Immigration Law: The positive review specifically mentions, "Mom & I, would recommend Randy to any individual needing a good immigration attorney. Our friend is back home now and just going through the court process. God bless Randy!" This strongly suggests that immigration law is a significant area of focus and expertise for Thomas "Randy" Rey, indicating his ability to assist with cases involving detention, court processes related to immigration, and potentially other aspects of immigration law relevant to a border community like El Paso.
Given that one review highlights a very positive outcome in an immigration case, this appears to be a key service area. For a solo practitioner or small law office, it is common to specialize in a few core areas where they have proven success. While other general legal services (such as criminal defense or family law) may also be offered, the provided information most clearly points to immigration law as a notable practice area. For precise information on the types of cases Thomas "Randy" Rey handles, it is always recommended to contact his office directly.
Specialization in Immigration Law: A significant highlight comes from a positive review specifically praising Randy as a "good immigration attorney" who achieved a successful outcome (friend returned home from detention). This indicates a strong capability and focus in this complex legal area, which is highly relevant for the El Paso community.
Direct Client Recommendation for Immigration: The positive review directly recommends Randy for "any individual needing a good immigration attorney," based on a personal success story, emphasizing his effectiveness in specific immigration-related challenges.
Accessibility through Direct Contact: The provision of both a standard phone number (915) 546-9999 and a mobile phone number (+1 915-546-9999) suggests a commitment to being reachable and responsive to client inquiries, which is crucial in legal matters.

It is critical to note the contrasting reviews. While one highlights positive results in immigration, the other details severe allegations of non-performance after payment, unresponsiveness, and being unable to reach the attorney or access the office. This polarizing feedback is a significant feature and must be considered by potential clients when assessing the firm.
Based on the provided information, Thomas "Randy" Rey Law Office does not explicitly advertise any specific promotions or special offers in the traditional sense. Law firms, particularly individual practitioners, often operate on standard fee structures depending on the case type.
Common practices in the legal field that might be offered, but are not confirmed for Thomas "Randy" Rey Law Office, include:
Initial Consultations: Many attorneys offer an initial consultation, which may be free or provided at a nominal fee, to discuss a potential client's legal issue. This allows both the client and the attorney to determine if there's a good fit and to understand the scope and feasibility of the case before a full commitment is made. Given the very strong negative feedback regarding communication after payment, inquiring about consultation fees and payment structures upfront would be especially crucial for any potential client.
Flexible Fee Structures: For certain types of cases, such as personal injury or some immigration matters, attorneys may work on a contingency fee basis (where fees are contingent on winning the case). For other areas, hourly rates or flat fees might apply. It is highly recommended to clarify the fee structure relevant to your specific legal need directly with the office.
Given the severe allegations of non-performance and unresponsiveness in one of the reviews, the most important "special offer" for any potential client would be transparent communication regarding services, fees, and case progress. Ensuring clear agreements on work to be done and payment schedules, along with expectations for communication, would be paramount for anyone considering this office. The positive review highlights a successful outcome in an immigration case, which in itself is a valuable service.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding his specific fee structures or any potential client benefits, it is always best to directly contact Thomas "Randy" Rey Law Office using the provided contact details, and to seek very clear agreements.

Nov 15, 2024 · DMy Mother, Denise, obtained Randy for a friend detained in El Paso though we live in Austin. He did an awesome job. He was quick, reliable and very professional. Our friend is back home now and just going through the court process. Mom & I, would recommend Randy to any individual needing a good immigration attorney. God bless Randy!
Apr 13, 2021 · Maria PenaHe is a very good lawyer because he was affordable, fast, reliable at all times 24/7 and the best man in town when delicate and unexpected things happen. I wish we could clone him. We need more good lawyers like him. I highly recommend him.
Feb 15, 2019 · NELLI SUAREZThis is my friends dad. He told me he would take me case for 1000$ and help me out more because I’m his sons friend. He asked for money EVERYTIME. Even after the fact that we gave him 800$ within the first week. Paid 200$ more when he just figured out my bond. Turned myself in and the day before the hearing he literally said “ I need 300$ or I’m not going to the hearing “. I would never recommend this man to go to battle for you in the court room. All he cares about is money. After every conversation he would ask for me.
Nov 14, 2020 · Brandon MinaThis guy all he wants is money. Every single time I saw him to manage my family's case he said "oh its so tough, its tough." Not really is a sign of confidence if you asked me. Truth be told he cut a deal not the best deal out there but he could win he just didn't feel the need to stress himself over since we had already paid him in full. This guy forgets everything and everyone that was involved, carries 10,000 files just so he seems like he's busy. If your guilty he will cut a good deal but if you are innocent like we were he won't even bother fighting, so he will cut a deal. Secretary is nice and do their job but thats it. So now that you know what your getting be advised on exactly what you want.
