UPDATE: If you want to work with her be aware that she has been admonished by a Federal Court in the JESE Apparel LLC case , this shows you what type of lawyer you are dealing with. This is the worst experience I ever had with a lawyer. She was recommended, I was her client. To be fair I will talk about pros and cons pros: she did her job, she sent a letter as requested and I paid for it. cons: this lawyer is very rude to clients. At the beginning she is very supportive, all emotion and good vibes. Tiffany Ma one day tells you one thing and the next day tells you a completely different story, it was very hard for me to trust her. When you pay your bill and decide that you don´t want to work with her any longer, all the problems start. First she is extremely pushy suggesting you that she is the best lawyer and your new lawyer cannot be as good as her (extremely hard to believe), she actually sent me 3 emails being extremely pushy, over the edge. Second step she was trying to scare me off with a potential lawsuit that she previously said there is no chance for that to happen and obviously asked for a lot of money in advance, money that I told her several times I do not have. She does not even want to talk to my new lawyer using any kind of excuse, obviously Tiffany Ma won´t ever be recommended by me as an attorney. Just keep in mind that in NYC there are so many extremely good attorneys so you don´t have to stick to her.
For local users in the "Lawyers Near Me" category seeking legal representation in New York City, Tiffany Ma, Esq., whose office is located at 575 Lexington Ave #4085, New York, NY 10022, USA, is one of the available attorneys in the area. As potential clients research their options for legal counsel, it is essential to consider all available information to make an informed decision. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Tiffany Ma, Esq., based on the publicly available client reviews.
The environment of Tiffany Ma, Esq.'s practice, as perceived through the lens of the provided client feedback, presents a mixed picture. One client initially described her as "very supportive, all emotion and good vibes" at the beginning of their engagement. However, this positive initial impression appears to have shifted significantly as the professional relationship progressed. The reviews suggest a potential for inconsistency in communication, with one client stating that Tiffany Ma would "one day tell you one thing and the next day tell you a completely different story," leading to a lack of trust. Furthermore, the interactions described after the client decided to seek alternative legal counsel paint a picture of a challenging professional dynamic, characterized by pushiness and attempts to dissuade the client from changing representation.
Based on the limited information and primarily the negative client experiences detailed in the reviews, the specific range of legal services offered by Tiffany Ma, Esq., is not clearly defined. One client mentioned that she "did her job, she sent a letter as requested and I paid for it," indicating that she handles specific legal tasks upon request. However, the reviews do not provide a comprehensive list of her areas of expertise. One client was referred to her, suggesting she may handle cases in a particular area of law that prompted the referral. Additionally, a concerning update mentions that Tiffany Ma was "admonished by a Federal Court in the JESE Apparel LLC case," which could potentially indicate her involvement in commercial litigation or a related field. However, without further information, the full scope of her legal services remains unclear.
The features of Tiffany Ma, Esq.'s legal practice, as perceived through the available client feedback, present a complex profile. A potential initial positive feature might be her initial supportive demeanor. However, this appears to be overshadowed by several significant concerns raised by clients:
Inconsistent Communication: The reviews suggest a potential for contradictory statements and a lack of consistent messaging, which can erode client trust and create confusion.
Rudeness to Clients: One client explicitly described her as "very rude to clients," particularly after the client decided to terminate their professional relationship.
Pushiness and Overreaching Behavior: Following the termination of the attorney-client relationship, one review details persistent and "over the edge" attempts to retain the client, including pressuring them about their choice of new counsel.
Questionable Billing Practices: The attempt to "scare me off with a potential lawsuit that she previously said there is no chance for that to happen and obviously asked for a lot of money in advance, money that I told her several times I do not have" raises concerns about billing and case assessment practices.
Unprofessional Communication Style: The reported phone conversation where Tiffany Ma allegedly stated her focus on settlements, mentioned having 90 other clients, and urged the client to hurry with questions, suggests a potentially unprofessional and dismissive communication style.
Federal Court Admonishment: The update regarding an admonishment by a Federal Court in the JESE Apparel LLC case is a significant point of concern, potentially indicating issues with professional conduct or legal competence in that particular case.
Currently, no positive promotional information or unique selling points are evident in the provided client reviews. Instead, the feedback predominantly highlights negative experiences and raises serious concerns about professionalism, communication, and ethical conduct. The update regarding the Federal Court admonishment further underscores the need for potential clients to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence.
Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback and the serious nature of the Federal Court admonishment, any potential promotional aspects that might typically be associated with a legal practice, such as client satisfaction or a strong reputation, are conspicuously absent in this case based on the provided information. Local users in the "Lawyers Near Me" category considering Tiffany Ma, Esq., should carefully weigh the significant concerns raised by previous clients and the implications of the Federal Court's action.
In conclusion, for local users in New York City seeking legal representation through the "Lawyers Near Me" platform, Tiffany Ma, Esq., located at 575 Lexington Ave #4085, is an attorney whose publicly available client reviews raise significant concerns regarding professionalism, communication, and ethical conduct. The reported Federal Court admonishment adds another layer of caution for potential clients. While one client mentioned a specific legal task being completed, the overall feedback paints a negative picture of the client experience. Local individuals and businesses are strongly advised to consider these reviews carefully and conduct thorough research before deciding to engage Tiffany Ma, Esq., for their legal needs, especially given the availability of numerous other attorneys in the New York City area.
