I'm extremely unsatisfied with the services we paid for. When you hire a real estate attorney, you expect them to handle major issues for you that arise. Bill Edleston will not communicate with you whatsoever once he gets your money. Our home had a radon level of 23 which is extremely high. We have 5 children & we have been very concerned about this & have asked about the remediation & if that was ever completed. He knows he messed up allowing our home to close without this fixed & now that we realized it - he will not respond. Do not hire him!
