Suing entities outside of your home state (way outside) is pretty low. I guess you have to find someone way to make money and raise your profile and you have no other legal talents aside from this, and there’s probably no better time in history or future than now. The only people that will suffer from a frivolous lawsuit against a children’s hospital are the kids.

Promotions or Special Offers

As a non-profit public interest law firm and policy center, the Wisconsin Institute For Law & Liberty does not offer typical "promotions" or "special offers" in the commercial sense. Instead of consumer promotions, WILL provides value through:

  • Free Educational Resources: They frequently publish research papers, policy briefs, articles, and op-eds that are freely accessible to the public. These resources provide valuable insights into constitutional law, public policy, and current legal debates affecting Wisconsin.
  • Public Awareness Campaigns: Through various media and outreach efforts, they strive to inform and engage Wisconsin citizens on important legal and policy issues, empowering individuals to understand their rights and the implications of certain policies.
  • Legal Victories: While not a direct "offer" to individuals, their success in legal challenges provides benefits to broader groups of people in Wisconsin, such as defending school choice programs or protecting free speech rights.

Their work is largely supported by donations, and their "service" is the advancement of the principles they champion for the benefit of the public.

what a joke this place is - they filed a lawsuit against the student loan forgiveness and their reasoning was that the forgiveness would "help Black borrowers and advance racial equity too quickly" to the point of it being unconstitutional. I wish I could give them 0 stars. absolutely disgusting. there is nothing unconstitutional about human equity.

They talk about law and liberty, yet they only care about themselves and politics. They want to file a lawsuit design to help everyone. I am a white male that wants equal rights for everyone yet they only want to hinder it.
