El es un abogado con mucha experiencia! The attorney has a great deal of experience in seeking admission to USA in a nonimmigrant status and also removal. He has experience also in adjustment of status, U visas (si alguien te golpeo y colaboras con las autoridades), o human trafficking immigration base cases, and other simple matters like work permits or DACA. He works with the truth, a very HONEST attorney that won't lie to you, some people do not like the truth, and bring cases to nonqualified "centers" that will end ruin their lives. I will trust Mr. Dean with my immigration cases.... It is you at the end of the process! Flat rates are unrealistic- he let you see the truth since you start the case. -They speak Spanish- He is also a realtor! Tener un realtor que es abogado es una garantia. Hay gente que vende propiedades que tienen defectos en el titulo y no se dan cuenta.

Based on the available customer reviews, Dean A. Williams, PC appears to have a significant focus on immigration law. Several reviewers specifically mention his experience and services in this field. The services highlighted include:
One reviewer emphasizes Mr. Williams' extensive experience in these areas of immigration law. Additionally, it is noted that the firm has Spanish-speaking staff, which can be a significant benefit for Spanish-speaking clients in the Atlanta area.
An interesting and potentially beneficial feature mentioned in the reviews is that Mr. Williams is also a realtor. The reviewer suggests that having a realtor who is also a lawyer provides an added layer of security in real estate transactions, particularly in identifying potential title defects. This dual expertise could be a unique advantage for clients seeking assistance with both legal and real estate matters.
However, it is crucial to present a balanced and objective introduction, and one review offers a contrasting perspective. This review expresses dissatisfaction with the firm's billing practices, alleging charges for each call and email, and criticizes the lack of a fixed price structure. The reviewer also describes Mr. Williams as "rude and arrogant" and mentions spending meeting time discussing personal matters, for which the client was allegedly billed. This negative feedback should be considered alongside the positive comments to provide a comprehensive picture.
Considering the promotional aspects, the positive reviews highlight Mr. Williams' experience and honesty in immigration matters, as well as the benefit of having a lawyer who is also a realtor. The mention of Spanish-speaking staff can also be seen as a promotional point for reaching a wider segment of the Atlanta community. The reviewer who praised his immigration services explicitly states, "I will trust Mr. Dean with my immigration cases" and recommends him for his honesty.
On the other hand, the negative review serves as a cautionary note regarding potential billing practices and client interaction style. While one client found his directness about case realities to be a positive aspect ("Flat rates are unrealistic- he let you see the truth since you start the case"), another perceived his communication style negatively.
For individuals in the Atlanta, GA, area seeking legal assistance in immigration matters such as nonimmigrant visas, removal defense, adjustment of status, U visas, DACA, and work permits, Dean A. Williams, PC, located at 3600 Dekalb Technology Pkwy #120, offers a local option with reported experience in these areas. The added benefit of having a lawyer who is also a realtor may be appealing to those involved in real estate transactions. It is advisable to discuss billing expectations and communication preferences during an initial consultation to ensure a comfortable and transparent attorney-client relationship.
In conclusion, Dean A. Williams, PC, operating within the "Lawyers Near Me" category in Atlanta, GA, offers legal services primarily in immigration law, with reported experience in various immigration processes. A unique feature is Mr. Williams' dual role as a realtor. Jul 11, 2022 · Isabella SolerDon't use this lawyer!!!! He charges for each call and email. Other lawyers give a fixed price, but he doesn't work, he charges for every little thing, and he is very rude and arrogant. He wants you to give him praise for everything he does, and when you have a meeting with him he spends the time talking about his life and his activities during the meeting and charges for that time, he has already lost several attendees, because not even they can stand it!
