She called me back the next day and although she doesn't offer service in that area, she was so patient, listened to my concerns and gave me very helpful legal advice. Prior to speaking with her, I contacted multiple real estate lawyers in Philadelphia. I sent them emails and left voicemails, but they didn't even bother contacting me back.
