The staff was nice, they said they could take care of my case and they held my case of a little over two years. I spoke to the lawyers and they said that they were going to take my case to the court. I went to drop off all the paperwork at the office and there was no one in the office, they left the front door open when they were recently moving to the place they are in now and they said they never received the paperwork I left at the desk. They continued to confirm that they had everything they needed to defend me and then they sent me a letter saying that due to the statute of limitations they were not able to sue to protect my rights. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any lawyer. They took advantage of my emotions, they said they would defend me due to the circumstances of my case and nearly three years later they said the statute of limitations was up and did nothing regarding representation. I believe they took payment in order to take my case and let the time go by so that I could not sue the company I was suing. I do not recommend them.

While specific public transportation routes to this precise address should be verified with Charlotte's Area Transit System (CATS), the area is generally accessible by private vehicle. Many office parks in Charlotte provide ample parking, enhancing the convenience for clients traveling by car. Furthermore, a central Charlotte location can offer the advantage of proximity to various courts and administrative offices, which can be beneficial in managing legal proceedings. Understanding the range of services offered by a legal firm is crucial when considering representation. Based on the provided customer reviews, Justice Services appears to primarily handle cases related to personal injury and workers' compensation. These are distinct but often related areas of law that focus on assisting individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others or in the course of their employment. While a comprehensive list of every service is best obtained directly from the firm, based on the customer feedback, services commonly provided by law firms specializing in these areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal Injury Claims: Representing individuals who have suffered injuries due to accidents caused by another party's negligence. This can include:
    • Car accidents
    • Truck accidents
    • Motorcycle accidents
    • Pedestrian accidents
    • Slip and fall incidents
    • Dog bites
    • Wrongful death claims
  • Workers' Compensation Claims: Assisting employees who have sustained injuries or developed occupational diseases in the workplace. This includes navigating the process of filing claims, seeking medical benefits, and obtaining wage replacement benefits.
  • Negotiations with Insurance Companies: Handling communication and negotiations with insurance adjusters to seek fair settlements for medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages.
  • Litigation (Court Representation): If a fair settlement cannot be reached, representing clients in court to pursue their claims through trial.
  • Medical Bill Coordination: Assisting clients with understanding and managing medical bills related to their injuries.
  • Lost Wage Recovery: Helping clients recover wages lost due to their inability to work after an injury.

It is important to note the nature of the customer reviews, which express significant concerns regarding communication, consistency, and the outcome of cases, particularly concerning the statute of limitations. When considering legal representation, it is always advisable to directly contact Justice Services to discuss your specific case, their current practices, and how they intend to manage your claim, especially concerning timelines and communication protocols. A detailed discussion about your situation can help clarify if their services align with your unique legal needs and expectations.

Every legal practice aims to deliver effective service and positive client experiences. Based on the provided customer reviews, which include serious concerns, certain aspects of Justice Services' operations and client interactions can be highlighted, both positively and negatively. On the one hand, one reviewer mentioned "Enjoy talking to Patricia and Phyllis in the office and still working with Andrea," suggesting that individual staff members might be personable and pleasant to interact with. This indicates that:

  • Some Staff Members are Personable: Positive mentions of specific staff members suggest that some individuals within the firm may offer a friendly and approachable demeanor to clients.

However, the reviews also raise significant concerns regarding several critical aspects of legal representation:

  • Communication Inconsistency: Multiple reviews highlight a severe lack of consistent communication, with clients needing to "keep calling them to follow up on my own case." This suggests potential challenges in keeping clients informed and up-to-date on their case progress.
  • Concerns Regarding Diligence and Deadlines: A prominent concern involves the firm allegedly letting the "statute of limitations" expire, leading to the inability to pursue a case. This points to potential issues with case management and ensuring critical deadlines are met.
  • Perception of Inadequate Representation: Clients express strong dissatisfaction with the level of advocacy, stating the firm "will not fight for its clients" and that they "did nothing regarding representation." The sentiment of being "ripped off" and that they "would have done better off, not even having a lawyer" indicates a profound feeling of being underserved.
  • Office Accessibility Issues: One reviewer mentioned finding "no one in the office" and the "front door open" during a time when important paperwork was supposedly dropped off, leading to a claim that the paperwork was never received. This suggests potential organizational or logistical challenges within the office.
  • Negative Outcomes and Recommendations: The overall sentiment is highly negative, with strong warnings for others "don't deal with this Law Firm" and expressing deep disappointment.

These varied and often critical points from client feedback are important considerations for anyone evaluating legal representation. Prospective clients should carefully weigh these insights and prioritize direct, thorough communication to assess if the firm's current practices align with their expectations for diligence, communication, and effective advocacy.

In the professional services sector, particularly for legal services, traditional "promotions" or "special offers" are not typically advertised in the same way as retail businesses might. This is due to ethical guidelines governing legal practices and the highly individualized nature of legal assistance. Information about promotions or special offers from Justice Services is not publicly detailed. It is standard practice for legal professionals, especially those specializing in areas like personal injury and workers' compensation, to:

  • Offer Initial Consultations: Many attorneys provide an initial consultation to discuss a prospective client's legal needs, assess their situation, and determine if the attorney's expertise aligns with the client's case. This consultation may be complimentary, offered at a reduced rate, or billed at the attorney's standard hourly rate, depending on the specific policy of the firm. This is an opportune moment for potential clients to outline their legal issue, ask questions, and gauge if the attorney is the right fit before committing to formal representation.
  • Contingency Fee Basis: Personal injury and workers' compensation cases are frequently handled on a contingency fee basis. This means the attorney's fee is a percentage of the final settlement or award, and clients typically do not pay attorney fees unless they win their case. However, clients may still be responsible for case expenses (e.g., court filing fees, deposition costs, expert witness fees) regardless of the outcome. It is crucial to have a clear understanding of all fee structures and potential expenses during your initial discussion to ensure financial transparency.

To obtain the most accurate and current information regarding initial consultations, fee structures, and any specific policies Justice Services may have, it is highly recommended to directly contact their office. This direct communication will provide the most precise details regarding their services and financial arrangements for your specific legal inquiry.

Calling during standard business hours is generally recommended to ensure you can speak directly with their staff.

Even though it took about two and a half years. Enjoy talking to Patricia and Phyllis in the office and still working with Andrea. To be honest and straight to the point this Law Firm Justice Campbell , will not fight for it's clients. God bless you all. This is the second time I had to go back to the law office. Because they was handling two cases for me workman's comp and accident . Not consistent with keeping in touch with the clients, I had to keep calling them to follow up on my own case. The law firm got just as much as got; very unsatisfactory , is not representing the client supposed to be a ,rip me off. I got out of it after 3 years of waiting. I would have done better off, not even having a lawyer, this firm anyway Justice Campbell, so this is to inform anyone else don't deal with this Law Firm. I messed up taking them on when they call me. I should have , said no I don't need your services , and searched out for my own law firm and not have someone call me to acquire my services big ! mistake, so this is to let anybody know who's reading this don't fool with these people not good. You live and learn I'll say this because they are not good!! Don't deal with them it'll be very disappointed!! You've Been warned!!!

First let me say If I could give this law firm no stars I will. The case managers and the adjusters here are very unprofessional and not consistent at all, concerning the fact that I done basically over half the work on my own case. So today I called the office to check on my case and Andrea told me that they have received my check. Do I stated to her that Keely stated that I will get a call from the office the moment the check is received and no one called me, fyi it was after 3:00 p.m. when I reached out about my case. I then asked when will I receive my check and the amount, so Andrea stated that the check has to be processed and I will receive it next week. I never heard of that before how are you all progressing a check you all did not write? And then Andrea proceeded to tell me that your amount is this and we have to hold the other half to see if the insurance company really payed your medical bills, but may I say that I turned in copies of my paid insurance statements from this accident. So Andrea stated to me o that's not what they had needed the accountant needs a letter from the insurance company. FYI I was told that the statements is what was needed. I'm posting this to say I will never let this law firm be apart of my accident claims anymore. Also I will be contacting a lawyer to go over all that this law firm has done to make sure I have not been scammed, if so I will place a law suite out on this company.

I want to share my disappointing experience with this law office to help others make informed decisions. Communication was consistently unprofessional and discourteous when seeking clarification via email. I received conflicting information from different staff members, eroding my trust in the firm. Despite providing detailed case information initially, I was puzzled when asked to resubmit it over a year later, indicating a lack of organization. The firm seemed more focused on collecting fees than providing substantial assistance, as I ended up doing the majority of the case work. As the case concluded, the process needlessly dragged on, causing additional stress. Upon requesting closure, it took an extra month and a half, resulting in an outcome below the initially communicated amount. The explanation for the delay, framed as an attempt to secure more funds, deepened my skepticism. The firm lacked essential information, requiring me to actively source and provide crucial details. This situation left me feeling like I had to do a significant portion of the workload myself. Also, despite providing my new address multiple times, (which I double checked that the new address was sent) the law office sent the checks to my old address. I only discovered this issue through my tenants, creating unnecessary complications. This adds to the list of frustrations in an already disappointing experience, revealing shortcomings in their administrative processes. In summary, my experience was unsatisfactory, ranging from unprofessional communication to questionable practices. I caution others against seeking their services and express my intent to avoid any future collaboration with this firm. I hope this review serves as a warning to those considering legal representation from this particular law office.

I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service and how well my case was handled by Justice Services. This attorney and his staff treated me with dignity and took the time to really understand what was at stake for me physically and emotionally as a result of the negligence that led to my injury. I highly recommend this firm and was impressed by their integrity and professionalism.
