I am reviewing the same company but specifically the office in Bloomfield CO that sent me a false bill. They sent a toll road bill from Colorado, when I am not living in CO, haven’t driving there in at least 7 years, and so on. Totally a false bill, a false claim and letter demanding money. I had to call them, wait in line for the customer service line, explain the situation and be told briefly: “”we made a mistake, it’s a different license plate, but don’t worry, we’ll remove the charge”. I said sent me an official confirmation, they said they can’t do that. I said send me an email confirmation, they again said they can’t do that. I had ti insist multiple times until they actually sent me an email, which seems legit and confirms their mistake and the fact that I don’t have to pay anything. They have an easy way to confirm their bill is “by mistake” via email, it’s a fraud attempt, not a mistake. If I was just going ahead and pay it over the phone, they’d just get my money and forget about it and I’d be paying for their “mistake” Make this mistake 10000 per year and you collect an average of $100 each and you added 1 Million into your fraud system. This company should not be in business or ever allowed to send out another bill demanding payment from individuals.

Absolute crooks. They run a monopoly with the DOT, they will send you a bill 3 months later to a wrong address with 10x your toll amount. They will line their pockets as well as the politicians that give them the contracts.

Elizabeth River Tunnel Scam, yes you have to pay it. Yes it's whats wrong with our country. Received notice of toll after 2 months. Website was down for a week. Received notice of non payment a couple weeks later. Went from $5 to 25 dollars. Certain i paid it but received notice of debt a month later. $80 to clear my debt. This is absolutely shady. Everyone needs to make money, how about we let our tax dollars pay for the roadway.

Just got off with their representative, Ryan, who tried to coerce me into paying $184 when the notice I received listed an amount of $97. I told him I was calling to validate and verify that I owe this debt and to get confirmation on the total balance of the alleged debt. He told me repeatedly, “I don’t know what you’re asking for.” Consumers, what Ryan did was absolutely in violation of consumer protection laws. Debt collectors use all kinds of shady and illegal practices to try to get you to pay money you don’t owe or more than you actually owe and will do their best to avoid verifying the validity of alleged debts. Do not fall for it. Know your rights before you call, and stay firm. Especially with agencies like this one.

Victoria, the representative I spoke to would not let me speak to anyone above her authority, claiming her manager “was busy and not there”, I told her that I did NOT receive a bill for the tunnels, or a late fee bill. And she claimed it’s my fault they sent it to the wrong address, IF they even did that. Which I find hard to believe considering I’ve gotten every other bill sent to my updated address. After asking multiple times to speak to her manager she disconnected the line. I hope whoever is above her reads this because this is against any law offices in policy’s and I will be following through with a formal, written complaint. See you in court.
