Jan 08, 2025 · Stephanie CialoneI do not recommend this law firm most specifically Mark Phillips. He did absolutely nothing to help with a small estate settlement, he actually hurt us. He was nasty to the Bank manager and they didn't want to help us because of how he treated them. He took a $3000 retainer in April and did nothing until August. Would not return calls, charged us $2650 for several phone calls, short emails and letter. We actually ended up letting him go and settled the estate with the opposing attorney for whatever they offered us. We had no positive legal representation from him. When we tried to get a refund of the balance of our retainer he denied written email's asking for it. Finally I called the accounting department and they sent me one with new charges that we had never been billed. End result we were treated poorly, he was very ineffectual and only interested in the money. Go somewhere else where your attorney will represent you there are many ethical attorneys this just isn't one.

Does not read any of the documentation, does not inform her clients of what's happening behind the scenes and makes incorrect decisions on their behalf. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN. You will only lose money in legal fees and maybe your pants as well.

Seriously a complete waste of money and she's money hungry and obviously overbooks herself as she does nothing and puts it all on the paralegal and rushes to the point that no details she put in a motion are correct. Don't court documents need to be accurate? Hence the reason people think family court and law are a joke. I hired this attorney (Stephanie Tettemer) to handle a simple family court motion and she offered to take a flat fee in an email to me. Once the motion became more complicated than she expected, (never saw that coming) she saw dollar signs and tried to bill me and expected an addition 1000 dollars more than the agreed to price. She's unprofessional and inaccurate, not a detail oriented person. I would not recommend the services of this firm to anyone!

I went in unsure about the process and afraid of losing my son. After an informative consultation I came out focused and driven. Her team spoke clear and concise, making sure I understood every step of the the process and we achieved “our” goal.
