May 22, 2025 · BQ OfficePoor service pre and post closing. My seller client has been waiting over 45 days to get a refund due from the HOA management company. We provided necessary documentation at the table and were told not to worry, we'll take care of it. Now the response is the HOA management company isn't responding Samantha, who we never saw or communicated with, has posters of Dabo everywhere in that office, wonder what he say about her total lack of accountability? I'll never be part of a transaction here again!
