As a recipient of a PhD and a proud US Army Disabled Veteran I thought I had seen it all and endured the worst, but that was not the case. I joined the US Gov service again after graduate school but found it full of some discriminating and hateful persons. I endured over a year of discrimination for so many things, that I began to doubt myself and my self worth. i remembered the day I first spoke to Ariel regarding all that I had endured. I was ashamed I was brought to tears but Ariel let me know she was on my side, that I had done nothing to deserve this treatment.
